Returns & Refunds

At Little Stitch Co by BB, every item is made especially for you.

As all of our products are personalised with custom embroidery, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect spelling provided by the customer, or if you simply change your mind after your order has been made.

Please check all spelling, names, colours and order details carefully before placing your order, as we embroider exactly as submitted.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlestitch.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
